Acquisition Innovation Research Center

The Acquisition Innovation Research Center (AIRC) was established in September 2020 by the Department of Defense (DoD) to infuse the innovation and alternative methods needed to better respond to the rapid increase of technological advancements critical to today’s warfighter.

The Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) is a University-Affiliated Research Center (UARC) of the United States Department of Defense. Begun in 2008 and led by Stevens, SERC is a national resource providing a critical mass of systems engineering researchers.
