U.S. News & World Report Puts Stevens School of Business Among Nation's Best
School of Business skyrockets from 77th to 53rd in latest national business school rankings
In today’s rapidly evolving economy, five years is an eternity.
The Stevens School of Business’ rise to national prominence has mirrored the speed of digital transformation and technological innovation taught in its eight undergraduate, 13 master’s degree and three doctoral programs.
In the 2024 U.S. News & World Report’s Top 100 Business Schools ranking, the School of Business, which has existed as business school for less than 10 years and was unranked five years ago, jumped to No. 53 in the nation. Not only is that Stevens’ highest ranking to date, but also represents a jump of 24 spots from the 2023 list.
The ranking reflects the School of Business’ commitment to transforming business education on an international scale and is the result of years of strategic work by faculty, students and staff.
Whether it’s co-founding the Center for Research for Advancing Financial Technologies (CRAFT), the first fintech research center funded by the National Science Foundation, or shaping the future of how management is taught through the Management Curriculum for the Digital Era (MaCuDE) initiative, Stevens School of Business is re-imagining business education.
Remaining focused on emerging technology and delivering meaningful research has led to recognition from employers and outstanding job placement rates for our students. The School of Business ranked No. 10 in the recruiters’ assessment category, tied with Columbia, Duke, and the University of Michigan. This demonstrates how students are receiving the tools and resources to prepare them to be the true problem solvers and leaders in today’s digital economy demands.
The No. 53 ranking is the latest in a strong of accolades. The School of Business was also ranked 13th in the nation for "Best Career Placement" by The Princeton Review (2022), 14th national for online business programs by U.S. News & World Report (2021), and 19th in the country on the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce's Ranking of 4,500 Colleges by ROI (2022).
