The Stevens Undergraduate Cooperative Education Program is a competitive program that combines classroom education with practical real-world work experience. A Co-op experience allows students to alternate semesters of academic study with semesters of full-time paid professional work in a job related to the student’s academic program of study.

Employer eligibility requirements

  • A minimum of 10 full-time employees

  • A physical office location regardless of the student’s work arrangements, (e.g., remote, hybrid, in-person)

  • An approved Employer Account on Handshake

  • Offer full-time paid Co-op jobs related to eligible academic degree programs (listed below)

  • Post Co-op jobs on Handshake

  • Request and read the Co-op Employer Participation Guidelines

  • Submit the Employer Participation & Acknowledgment form
