Andrea Marquez, B.S. '28

Andrea Marquez had never heard of consulting before she got to Stevens. Now she's winning mini-case competitions at one of the world's largest tech firms. As part of CGI's Consultant for a Day program in Pittsburgh, the sophomore business and technology major spent a day touring the firm, networking with C-suite executives and competing against teams from schools across the region.

Isabelle Jorge, B.A. '27

Experimenting with “vibe coding” platforms like Replit, Isabelle Jorge worked on building an application that would fully automate the 3D printing process, from user prompt to modeling, slicing and production.

Lawrence Park, B.E. '27

Lawrence Park's project, when fully realized, would be able to take a command about exploring the condition of a structure, execute the prompt, analyze the data it collects and produce a report. The project's ultimate goal is to create a tool that reduces some of the human stress associated with potentially hazardous work, such as traversing cables above one of the nation’s busiest bridges.

Scholars of Finance: Finance for the Greater Good

The Stevens School of Business has always produced financial scholars. Now, it is creating Scholars of Finance. This national organization with more than 60 chapters nationwide has the mission to “inspire character and integrity in the finance leaders of tomorrow” to fulfill their vision of “stewarding the world’s capital for the greater good.” Their values include integrity, humility, compassion and excellence.

Aron Dyadyuk, B.S.'25

It is not often a person finishes a meal hungrier than when they sat down. However, Stevens School of Business senior Aron Dyadyuk walked away from one family get-together with an unsatiable appetite for entrepreneurial success. GetYourAcceptance.com is an online platform where verified college students upload their high school resumes and earn money each time it’s downloaded. High school students can access these verified, successful resumes with all personal information removed to understand better what a successful college application looks like, giving them valuable insights into their academic future.

2025 Symposium for Undergraduate Research

Stevens Institute of Technology's annual Symposium for Undergraduate Research showcased Lawrence T. Babbio '66 Pinnacle Scholars presenting their diverse summer projects. The symposium emphasized cross-disciplinary collaboration and demonstrated how Stevens transforms curious undergraduates into confident researchers equipped for success in today's complex professional landscape.

Caroline Koniarski, B.S. '25

A senior pure and applied mathematics major and quantitative finance minor, Caroline Koniarski serves as the Executive Vice President of the Stevens chapter of the Scholars of Finance.

Vaughn Weber, B.S. '25

It should not be a shock that a finance major’s favorite book is Moneyball. The surprising part of Vaughn Weber’s Stevens’ experience is how closely it mirrors the baseball subject matter. A rising senior from Byram Township, New Jersey, Weber is the Stevens baseball team’s analytics team coordinator, overseeing three other members of the program’s analytics staff. In his role, Weber collects, organizes and analyzes data on player performance. He shares his findings with players and coaches to help them make adjustments on the field and improve their decision-making.
