Transfer Student Events

After officially enrolling at Stevens, we want to welcome you as an official duck! Transfer orientation is part of the university’s new student orientation typically held in late August on campus. With sessions like the transfer student panel, transfer advising drop in and the transfer student welcome dinner, Transfer Orientation provides an immersive experience crafted for students to connect with fellow transfers, meet faculty and advisors, and get acquainted with campus resources. Orientation sessions provide the tools and information you need to hit the ground running, from academic support to student life opportunities.

Join us for Transfer Week – which aligns with National Transfer Student Week in October – for a multi-day celebration featuring workshops, meet-and-greets, campus tours, and networking events. Open to prospective and current transfer students, you will build connections, discover clubs and organizations and learn about services available to support your academic and personal success.

If you’ve been admitted to Stevens, a Transfer Admitted Student Day is your chance to dive deeper into the next steps after admission. Attendees can meet with representatives from Student Life, Financial Aid and Academics to answer questions about life at Stevens. Get answers to your questions and experience firsthand what it’s like to be part of Stevens’ community. There is at least one Transfer Admitted Student Day during the fall semester and spring semester. Additional Transfer Admitted Student Days may be scheduled.

Still considering your options? Our Transfer Open House welcomes prospective transfer students and their families to receive information about the application process, financial aid, transferring credits and attending a campus tour. This is a great opportunity to envision your future at Stevens and discover all we have to offer. There is at least one Transfer Open House during the fall semester and spring semester. Additional Transfer Open Houses may be scheduled.

For those unable to visit campus or looking for flexible options, our transfer-specific webinars provide in-depth information on a variety of topics. Join sessions on application tips, credit evaluations, academic pathways, student support services, and more—all from the comfort of your home. Webinars are interactive, allowing you to ask questions and receive real-time answers from our transfer team. Transfer webinars are scheduled as needed and tailored to various populations such as prospective students and admitted students.
