Leading the AI Era

Computing and artificial intelligence are as transformative as the internet was a generation ago. At Stevens, we're not just teaching students to code; we're preparing them to lead the industries and innovations that will define the 21st century.

Computing is Stevens' largest area of study, with AI embedded in our core curriculum and research centers that lead in artificial intelligence, fintech and health care innovation. The School of Computing, targeted to launch in Fall 2026, builds on this strength, positioning Stevens as one of the few universities in the nation with a school dedicated to computing-centric education and research.

Whether you're drawn to pure computer science, fascinated by AI and machine learning or eager to apply computing to healthcare, finance, the arts or another field, this is where you'll find your path.

What Will You Build?

The School of Computing offers rigorous programs for students who want depth in computing itself, as well as for those who want to connect computing to other passions. Start with a strong foundation, then shape your path.
