OneIT Expo

The Division of Information Technology would like to invite all Stevens students, faculty, and staff to attend the OneIT Expo on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 12 to 4 p.m. in the UCC Tech Flex.  

UCC BuildingDuring the Expo, individuals will have the chance to learn more about the various IT services and platforms at Stevens by connecting with the OneIT team and our vendor partners. A few featured services include but are not limited to Extended Reality (XR), Microsoft, Zoom, Workday, Project Management using Smartsheet, and CASPR (Stevens Computer Asset Standardization, Procurement and Replacement Program).

CASPR Program & Dell

Protect Stevens 
Learn about the Protect Stevens Program and how OneIT is leveraging Okta to keep accounts and information secure at Stevens from our Information Security team. With technology impacting nearly all aspects of our professional and personal lives today, our user accounts are the basic mechanisms that safeguard our online access. The Protect Stevens Program provides education on protecting yourself and the Stevens community from cyberattacks.

The PMO will be showcasing Smartsheet, our primary project management tool, a software that allows for seamless project management, task management, and much more.

Stevens Hub
Meet the OneIT Platform team and learn about Stevens Hub, the centralized platform serving internal-only content for the Stevens community that recently replaced the legacy myStevens intranet. Stevens Hub is powered by Microsoft SharePoint, which provides seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 tools and easy access to content through powerful search capabilities. 

Learn about how Stevens and Transact are leveraging technology to improve the student experience and create a safer, more convenient campus. Transact’s ID solutions offer students, faculty and staff more ways to pay for things around campus and have contactless campus-wide access with one card—either the physical or Mobile DuckCard. Transact’s Door Access Control and Security solution allows Stevens to maintain a safe and secure campus, while also providing quick, effortless access to buildings and amenities campus-wide.
