Walk-In Hours
TRAC (located outside of the library entrance) is available for walk-in support: 
Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
Saturday from 10am – 2pm (limited support)
Sunday closed

Remote & On-Demand Support
Our OneIT team can assist you remotely and is available for on-demand classroom support, in addition to the TRAC hours during the following times:  
Monday – Thursday from 5pm – 8pm  
Friday from 5pm – 7pm 

After Hours
Requests received outside of the above hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.
