In-Person Support
Visit TRAC (located outside of the library entrance) is available for walk-in support:  
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday 12 – 4 p.m.

Classroom Support
QR codes are located in all classrooms on campus:
The Black QR code provides users with information about the classroom.
The Red QR code will connect users directly with classroom support.

Remote Support Response Hours
Our OneIT team can assist you remotely and is available for on-demand classroom support, in addition to the TRAC hours during the following times:   
Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.   
Friday from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.  

After Hours 
Requests received outside of the above hours will be processed at the start of the next business day.
