International Student and Scholar Services

The International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) office is committed to assisting international students, faculty and scholars in accomplishing their academic, personal and professional objectives through advising, providing immigration services, promoting cross-cultural opportunities and offering specific programs and services to our international population.

The mission of International Student and Scholar Services is to facilitate compliance with federal regulations that govern the immigration status of international students, faculty and scholars at Stevens,  enhancing their experience while facilitating their academic and cultural pursuits.

Access the ISSS Student Portal

The ISSS Student Portal houses many request forms for F-1 and J-1 Students.

*Incoming Spring 2024 Students will gain access to the ISSS Student Portal on December 18, 2023.

The ISSS Intranet houses many request forms for J-1 Scholars, as well as Stevens Faculty and Staff.

ISSS Operations

ISSS Operations — In Person & Virtual Assistance Available: The ISSS office is located on the 9th floor of the Howe Center and offers assistance via phone and email Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5p.m. In-person document pickup will be available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday with photo ID. For information about our virtual services, such as email, phone, and Zoom assistance, please visit our Virtual Assistance Webpage.

ISSS Virtual Advising Hours

ISSS Advising Hours via Zoom are available on Mondays from 2-4 p.m. and Thursdays from noon-2 p.m. unless Stevens is closed for a holiday.
