Jane and Norman Li Distinguished Seminar Series in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science

The annual Jane and Norman Li Distinguished Seminar Series brings exceptional technology pioneers and business leaders to Stevens Institute of Technology to exchange ideas and inspire future generations of innovators and entrepreneurs in chemical engineering and materials science.

Established in 2026 through the generous support of Dr. Jane Li and Dr. Norman Li, the series reflects their longstanding commitment to advancing education and research in these fields.

Dr. Norman Li, a 1963 Stevens alumnus and the first recipient of a doctorate in chemical engineering from Stevens, is a member of the National Academy of Engineering. The series also celebrates the Lis' contributions to the broader technical and business communities.
