Spring 2026 tuition, housing and fees payment due
Deadline to accept or decline aid offer
Consider signing an optional FERPA release in Workday to allow parents or guardians access to your Stevens information
Deadline to submit all syllabi to be evaluated for the upcoming fall semester

If applicable, return the Health and Wellness Disclosure Form to the Office of Disability Services
Health and Immunization Form due through the Healthy Stevens Portal
January 10
Priority deadline for final updated college transcripts (with fall courses)
Deadline to contact Transfer Credit Office, to discuss your credit evaluation ([email protected]). Students will be contacted by individual academic advisors to discuss course schedules for the fall semester.

Complete Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note if borrowing federal loans

First day of spring classes
