CPR and automated external defibrillators (AEDs) empower bystanders to provide immediate lifesaving assistance to someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest until professional help arrives.
Stevens has portable AEDs located across campus. In an emergency, call 911, begin CPR, retrieve the nearest AED, and follow the device’s voice prompts until emergency responders arrive.
