Stevens School of Business Announces Inaugural 25 Under 25 Honorees

25 outstanding undergraduate and graduate students recognized for excellence in academics, leadership, professional development, and community service

The Stevens School of Business has announced the inaugural cohort of its 25 Under 25 program, a new initiative designed to recognize and celebrate undergraduate and graduate students who exemplify the school’s commitment to academic excellence, leadership, professional growth and community service.

The class of honorees represents 11 academic programs — five undergraduate and six graduate — drawn from four U.S. states and three countries. Eleven of the 25 winners hail from New Jersey.

“Few people know the exceptional ambition, curiosity and drive of our students better than those of us who work alongside them every day,” said Dean GJ de Vreede of the Stevens School of Business. “The 25 Under 25 program was created to shine a light on students who are not only achieving academically but who are leading, innovating and serving their communities. This inaugural cohort is a testament to the remarkable talent in our flock, and I am proud to celebrate each and every one of them.”

The honorees’ accomplishments span disciplines and communities far beyond the classroom. Members of the cohort have co-founded businesses, started nonprofits supporting children with disabilities across multiple countries, leveraged social media platforms to reach students around the world navigating the college process and launched community organizations distributing resources to thousands of families, all while carrying demanding course loads.

Academically and professionally, this group has demonstrated the innovative and creative thinking that are hallmarks of a Stevens education. They have engineered generative AI systems for major retail clients, developed instructional content for industry professionals, built equity metrics from millions of data records to support urban planners and conducted faculty-mentored research on topics ranging from AI applications in accounting to inclusive leadership. Several have already converted internships into full-time offers before completing their degrees.

To be eligible, undergraduate students must have held junior or senior standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Graduate students completed at least nine credit hours with a minimum GPA of 3.5, or be enrolled in the Accelerated Master’s Program (AMP) with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0. All applicants had to be 24 years of age or younger as of May 20, 2026.
