Patrick Creighton
VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE ELECTRONIC WARFARE DIVISION, L3HARRIS
Patrick Creighton is the Vice President and General Manager for the Electronic Warfare (EW) division within L3Harris’ Spectrum Superiority (S2) sector.
In this role, Creighton is responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of multi-domain EW products for both domestic and international customers and overseeing investments in next generation EW capabilities.
Creighton is based in Clifton, NJ and reports to the S2 Sector President.
Creighton has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the defense industry during which time, he has supported a range of products and capabilities to include fire control radars, ISR, infrared counter measures, and electronic warfare systems.
Prior to joining L3Harris in 2022, Creighton was the Director of the Global Defensive Systems Operating Unit at Northrop Grumman. In this role he managed an international IRCM portfolio consisting of development, production, aircraft integration, and sustainment programs.
Prior to that, Creighton held program management leadership positions across a range of fire control radar and ISR programs for domestic and international customers, including the U.S. Army and the Department of Homeland Security.
Creighton also served on the board of the Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union between 2011-2022. During his tenure, Creighton held various Board and committee positions, including 3 years as Board Chairman.
Creighton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Maryland. He also graduated from the Wharton Executive Leadership Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
