The Office of Undergraduate Academics intranet site on MyStevens offers information for the Stevens community on process, support, regulations and more.

The Office of Undergraduate Academics and Student Success is the institute office with primary responsibility for monitoring the academic progress of each student, ensuring the integrity of undergraduate programs, and ensuring that academic policies and procedures are followed.

We are available to assist students with special enrollment issues such as credit overloads, special permissions, undergraduate student enrollment in graduate courses, and scheduling problems. Our office administers the Academic Support Program, which serves students who have been placed on Academic Probation. We provide general academic advising in addition to the concentration-specific guidance provided to students by their faculty mentors or advisors.

Our staff strives to ease the challenges encountered by Stevens students, and to assist them in realizing their highest scholastic potential. If you are an undergraduate student with an academic question or problem and you are not sure where to go for assistance, our office is a good place to start.

The Stevens Honor System

The Stevens Honor System encourages students and faculty to collaborate in upholding the university’s reputation for academic excellence. Founded in 1908 as the first student-run honor system at an engineering college, it has defined Stevens’ culture as one of trust and fair play. All members of the community, guided by a peer-elected group of students known as the Honor Board, are responsible for maintaining and promoting integrity needed in both academia and the professional world.
