CAPS is now offering telebehavioral health (teletherapy)! Please note that this service may be limited depending on your state of residence (current state licensing laws generally prohibit our staff from engaging in teletherapy with students living outside NY and NJ, however some states do offer temporary allowances). If you are a current client of ours, please reach out to your therapist (or our front desk) to discuss setting up a teletherapy appointment. If you have never been to CAPS before and you are interested in setting up teletherapy sessions, please call 201-216-5177 and a counselor will provide you with a brief screening.

Scope of Service Update

A licensed CAPS counselor is available weekdays by phone (201-216-5177) from 9am -5pm and can speak with students in distress to help them make a plan to feel better. CAPS is also now offering teletherapy to eligible students (primarily students living in NY and NJ). Existing clients can reach out to their therapist to begin the process of setting up an appointment. New clients should call 201-216-5177 for a brief screening to see if teletherapy is right for you.

Zoom Webinars and Meetups

CAPS is pleased to offer a variety of interactive webinars and meetups over Zoom. For a listing of the latest offering, sign on to DuckLink and visit our events page.
