Prof. Glacken is an industry professor who comes to academia after a nearly 40-year career as an IT Executive and leader of process innovation driving transformative initiatives in insurance and life sciences. His expertise is in portfolio management, Lean Six Sigma, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Stevens as an adjunct professor in 2022 and then as a full-time professor in 2023, Prof. Glacken held various positions in industry, including:
