While there are no specific course requirements for admission to law school, the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences offers a minor in Pre-Law & Public Policy and the degree programs offered provide the analytic and communication skills, as well as textual expertise, that may benefit students while they prepare for law school. Please see the School of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences webpage for a full list of these offerings.
If you enroll in our engineering or science programs and would like to pursue law school upon graduation from Stevens, we advise you to complete a secondary concentration in the humanities.
Our law school advisor helps you choose the elective courses that suit your talents and interests, as well as prepare you for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT), which you can take as early as your junior year at Stevens.
