Only applications received by the deadline above will be printed in the Commencement book.

Program Completion Application

The Program Completion Application via Workday is your official application for graduation.  The above due dates must be followed.When completing your Program Completion Application please check the following:

  • Correct program, concentration, and minor if applicable

  • Correct name (if not please submit a name change request through Workday)

  • Diploma mailing address (you may update in Workday, as needed but no later than three weeks prior to conferral for timely diploma delivery)
