Hi, I’m Syela! I’m a Biology student on the pre-dental track, pursuing my goal of becoming a dentist and providing meaningful, patient-centered care. I’m excited to start serving on the Pre-Health Advisory Committee and help strengthen the support, resources, and opportunities available to pre-health students as they navigate their journey into healthcare. I enjoy connecting with others who share similar goals and look forward to contributing to a positive and encouraging environment on campus. In my free time, I love traveling, shopping, and going on walks with family and friends.

Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra Bilotto, and I am a junior chemistry major at Stevens Institute of Technology on the pre-medicine track. I am from Staten Island, New York, and I’m looking forward to serving on the Pre-Health Advisory Council as I prepare to apply to medical school in spring 2026. I currently work as an EMT with the Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corps and as an undergraduate research assistant in Dr. Abhishek Sharma’s lab, where I study molecular reactivity and therapeutic discovery. Outside of academics, I love spending time with my four cats, German Shepherd, and bearded dragon. My love for animals reflects my compassion for others and continues to inspire my passion for medicine. Through the council, I hope to support my peers, share meaningful feedback, and help enhance the pre-health experience at Stevens.

Hello Everyone! My name is Savanna Fiscus and I am from a small town in central Pennsylvania. I am currently a senior (4/4) at Stevens Institute of Technology pursuing a major in Chemical Biology with minors in Entrepreneurship and Medical Humanities, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management and Leadership. I have a passion for making a positive impact in my community and aspire to do that through a career in dentistry. I have applied to dental school for the 2026 cycle and am excited for this opportunity to help others.

My name is Livi Jachura, and I’m a second-year Chemistry major at Stevens Institute of Technology on the pre-med track. I’m passionate about neuroscience and hope to pursue a career in neurosurgery. I love exploring how chemistry and biology intersect in understanding the human body and improving patient care. Besides the Pre-Health Advisory Board, I’m also involved in the Chemistry & Chemical Biology (CCB) Undergraduate Student Advisory Board and Delta Phi Epsilon.

My name is Lucy Miller, and I am a ¾ Pure and Applied Mathematics major on a premed track. Outside of academics, I am part of StevensTHON which raises money for Children’s Specialized Hospital and Stevens TECHnique where I love to choreograph and perform dances. As a member of the Pre-Health Advisory Council, I look forward to collaborating with like-minded peers to help other premed students on their journey!

My name is Evnika Myhovych and I am a 2/4 Chemical Biology major and Medical Humanities minor. I am on the pre-med track and am super involved on campus! In my free time I love to play any and all sports, but I especially enjoy going to the gym and playing volleyball. I also love to cook and try new food places around Hoboken (I've got some good recommendations, ask me!). On campus, I am involved with SHPC, SCF, and club volleyball, as well as research. I am looking forward to helping expand and enhance Stevens' pre-health program!

Jiya Patel

Hi, I'm Jiya, a first-year chemical biology student on the pre-medical track with an interest in fetal medicine. I live in North Bergen, New Jersey, and love traveling, spending most of my summers exploring new places. You can find me volunteering at various CCB department events or working at my local hospital. I enjoy various hobbies such as watching Criminal Minds and Law & Order, reading, painting, and hiking. A fun fact about me is that I am currently working on my medical assistant certification and I am a pharmacy technician!

My name is Riyana Phadke, and I’m a third-year Chemical Biology major on the pre-medicine track. I’m passionate about the intersection of science and healthcare, and I’m excited to pursue a career that allows me to combine both. On campus, I stay actively involved through several organizations: I write for The Stute, serve in the Student Government Association (SGA), and am a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta (AED), the pre-health honor society. Outside of academics, I enjoy connecting with my community, exploring new interests in research and medicine, and finding creative ways to make a positive impact both on and off campus.

I am a Biology major with a pre-veterinary focus. I work in an emergency veterinary hospital and am passionate about advancing animal health through both clinical practice and research, particularly in areas like cancer theranostics. At Stevens, I serve as a Course Assistant for Biology and am Captain of the Varsity track and field team, balancing my academic, athletic, and leadership commitments. I aspire to become a veterinarian who integrates scientific innovation, compassionate care, and community health advocacy in my future career.

I’m Aidan Robinson, a senior at Stevens Institute of Technology, majoring in Chemical Biology with a minor in Philosophy. As a volunteer EMT and Crisis Text Line counselor, I’m committed to compassionate, evidence-based care in moments that matter. My current work spans cancer biology and translational research, with an interest in neuro-oncology and humanism in medicine. Outside the lab and clinic, I go to the gym, read philosophy, and make music, habits that keep me curious, grounded, and enjoying life.

Sahil Shah is a Mechanical Engineering student at Stevens Institute of Technology with a strong focus on the intersection of engineering, oral health, and community service. He contributes to the pre-health community through peer support, collaborative projects, and service-driven initiatives that promote healthcare education. Sahil applies his technical background to problem-solving, precision, and patient-centered thinking in both academic and extracurricular settings.
