As a newly admitted graduate student, it is essential to ensure that you have completed all of the necessary requirements before commencing your studies. We have provided a detailed checklist below to assist you in keeping track of pending documents, required forms, and registration for relevant services.
If you are a StevensOnline student or coming to us from a corporate partnership, you should have received a separate checklist from the Care Center ([email protected]) upon admission to the program.
Masters and Graduate Certificates
Confirm attendance to Stevens by submitting Admission Reply Form
Submit Enrollment Deposit (only applicable to international students and/or scholarship recipients)
Upload Financial Documentation required for I-20 issuance (only applicable to international students)
Submit Arrival Details Form (only applicable to international students)
Request official test scores and transcripts be submitted to Stevens from all respective institutions
Complete your New Student Onboarding Tasks in Workday Student
Submit Health & Immunization Record
Register for classes
Complete and Submit FASFA (only applicable to domestic students using federal aid)
Register for Airport Pick-up (optional)
Register for Temporary Housing (optional)
Review Permanant Housing Resources (optional)
New Master's Student Orientation
New Ph.D. Student Orientation
Complete Masters' Peer Mentor Program - Mentee Application (optional)
Contact Disability Services (if needed)
