Quincy Connell knows what it means to lead in a new environment. Having transferred to Stevens after earning All-American honors and a Team MVP award as Senior Captain of the Trinity College Women's Lacrosse Team, she arrived with a championship mindset, ready to take on new challenges.

An MBA candidate maintaining a 3.769 GPA, Connell has pursued a graduate curriculum that pushed her across disciplines, developing her capacity for executive-level thinking and competitive analysis, while strengthening her quantitative foundation. Her capstone course brought that learning to life while consulting Whitestone Analytics, where she and her team delivered an automated workflow for identifying prospective clients and a repeatable process applicable to future datasets.

At Stevens, she earned IWLCA First Team regional recognition and played a significant role in helping the lacrosse program advance further in the NCAA tournament than the team had in its history. Head Coach Maddie Buechli's mentorship helped her refine her leadership style and communicate with greater intention within a new team dynamic, an experience she considers as formative as any in the classroom.

Her professional development has matched that momentum. With support from MBA Program Manager Christina Alwell, Connell secured a Digital Risk Internship at Ernst and Young, an experience that led directly to a full-time offer on EY's Financial Services Digital Risk Consulting team. She has also volunteered as a lacrosse coach during Stevens clinic days and supported the lacrosse team's fundraising efforts for Tunnels to Towers, honoring first responders and military service members through collective community action.
