Lore-El students in lecture classroom

Programs

In 1971, Stevens became fully coeducational, inviting female students into its undergraduate classrooms for the first time. Thanks to the influence of women in university academics, research, athletics and campus life, Stevens is far richer.

Inspire. Empower. Lead.

The mission of Lore-El is to increase awareness of issues related to gender and empower Stevens students as leaders in creating a supportive and inclusive campus environment.

  • We strive to further our students’ interpersonal, social, and professional development through annual programs and initiatives.

  • We provide opportunities for the Stevens community to engage in dialogue on gender-equity issues in STEM and learn skills to create positive change in the world.

Annual Events and Programs

We offer annual programs and events for the entire Stevens Community.  From leadership conferences and sunset yoga to alumni panel discussions and networking events, there is something for everyone!
