The President's Distinguished Lecture Series

UA - PDLS 2026

The President's Distinguished Lecture Series brings our world’s most distinguished thought leaders in science and technology to create debate and spur discussion on the role of technology and its implications in 21st-century society. This series was launched by President Nariman Farvardin in 2012. Since 2017, the President's Medal has been awarded to recipients at this prominent event.

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Greg Lucier, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Corza Medical, as our esteemed guest speaker. Lucier's talk, “Engineering Better Outcomes: Innovation, Leadership and the Future of Healthcare,” will explore the future of healthcare and challenge students, faculty and industry leaders to transform innovation into meaningful outcomes for patients around the world.
