Today’s organizations increasingly rely on agile teams to innovate, solve problems and respond quickly to changing markets. But what does working in an agile environment actually look like — and what skills help early-career professionals succeed in these settings?

Join the Stevens Women’s Professional Network for a virtual conversation led by Jalpa Purani ’04, Director Consulting Service and Laura Myers, Director of Consulting Expert at CGI. Drawing on their experience advising organizations on digital and operational transformation, Jalpa and Laura will introduce the principles behind agile ways of working and how they are shaping modern workplaces. During this session, participants will explore how agile teams collaborate, the role of design thinking and user-centered innovation in solving business challenges and the mindsets that help professionals thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

This session is designed for Stevens students and young alumni interested in careers in consulting, technology, product development or other collaborative, innovation-driven fields. CGI is one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting services firms, with approximately 90,000 professionals worldwide and ranked among the top five largest global IT services.
