Dr. David J. Farber Memorial Service
Please join us on Sunday, May 17, as we honor the life and legacy of David J. Farber ’56 M.S. ’61 Hon. D.Eng. ’99, a distinguished Stevens alumnus and pioneering computer scientist often referred to as the “Grandfather of the Internet,” whose work and mentorship helped shape the development of modern computing and networking.
We will welcome guests to the memorial service at the Tech Flex Auditorium of the University Center Complex beginning at 2 p.m. A program celebrating Dr. Farber's enduring impact will commence at 3 p.m., followed by a reception.
