Gene Barskiy is a business and technology executive with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation and cybersecurity strategy across highly regulated industries. He currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology at the Anti-Defamation League, leading enterprise digital transformation and AI platform initiatives for the nation's oldest anti-hate nonprofit. Previously, he held CIO and CISO roles at Berje Inc. and Fisk Alloy, guiding technology modernization for global specialty chemicals and advanced manufacturing companies. Gene holds an MBA in Global Business from Rutgers University and serves as an Executive Board Director and Past President of the Society for Information Management's New Jersey chapter.
Connie Mui-Reilly
Connie Mui-Reilly is an HMG Award-winning technology executive specializing in enterprise AI, data and digital transformation. She currently serves as CIO/Chief AI Officer for Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, advising multi-market real estate operations on AI strategy and adoption. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, rising from Vice President of Technology to Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where she led enterprise-wide digital and cloud transformation for the national real estate organization. Connie serves as a Board Member for i.WILL. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University.
Vikram Nair
Vikram Nair is a global technology executive, transformation leader, advisor, executive coach, speaker, and writer with 30+ years of experience across pharmaceuticals, high technology, leisure travel, and consulting. He currently serves as Chief Information Officer of Amneal Pharmaceuticals. His experience spans public companies, private equity-owned businesses, and strategy consulting, including Pfizer, McKinsey & Company, VMware, Carnival Corporation, Viking Cruises and Apple Leisure Group. Across diverse roles and industries, Vikram has developed a leadership practice centered on adaptability, measurable outcomes, and developing people as fundamental levers of transformational change. He speaks and writes on leadership, transformation and AI, and holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Brown University. Vikram serves as Program Chair and Advisory Board Member of New York CIO, a Founding Advisory Board Member of Mercury Mentor Exchange and a member of Year Up United’s New York City Market Advisory Council.
