Build Studio Summer 26 Presentations
Join Build Studio, part of the Stevens School of Business Information Systems & Analytics program, for an Open Studio showcase featuring four student projects built over the summer.
Professor Aron Lindberg will open and moderate the event with an overview of Build Studio and the summer program, followed by student team presentations where all four teams share what they built. The session concludes with an open Q&A, with industry judges evaluating the projects.
The Projects:
Voice-Commanded Safety Drone: An autonomous quadcopter you can talk to. Describe the hazard, and it investigates and reports back, keeping humans out of the danger zone.
Off-Road Autonomous Vehicle: An AI-powered vehicle built for terrain with no maps or lanes, designed for disaster response, agriculture, and off-grid operations.
AI Research Agent: An autonomous agent that works alongside researchers, surfacing assumptions and flagging gaps in computational theory building.
The AI Generation: A student documentary capturing what it actually feels like to grow up alongside AI, and how this generation imagines its future.
Discrimination notice: Persons of all identities are invited to and included in this group. Stevens does not discriminate against any person on the basis of sex, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender expression, or any other basis prohibited by law.
