Sports Business Minor

The Sports Business minor provides students with specialized knowledge of the rapidly growing sports industry, teaching business fundamentals such as analytics and marketing through the lens of sports.

This comprehensive program covers the unique economic, financial and operational aspects of amateur, collegiate and professional sports organizations, from team management and player valuation to fan engagement and revenue generation. Students learn to apply data analytics, financial analysis and strategic thinking to real-world challenges in sports business and prepares students to understand how technology and data are transforming the sports industry.
