Who May Submit
Submissions are welcome from undergraduate, master's and doctoral students — individually or as a team. Projects may arise from faculty-led research, thesis or dissertation work, capstone or design projects, coursework, independent study or lab-based collaborations.
Topics of Interest
We welcome work across AI and related fields, including but not limited to:
Core AI and machine learning foundations
Perception, vision and signal understanding
Autonomous and intelligent systems
AI systems, infrastructure and scalability
Trustworthy, responsible and explainable AI
Domain applications of AI — including healthcare, engineering and interdisciplinary work
How to Submit
Submit the following via the link below: poster title, author name(s), primary presenter, department or program, faculty advisor (if applicable), contact email and a one-page PDF describing the problem, approach, results and significance. Figures, tables and diagrams are welcome. Both horizontal and vertical poster formats are accepted.
