Robert Dahill has one goal that sits above everything else he has accomplished at Stevens Institute of Technology. When he reflects what he wants his legacy to be, he wants every person who meets a blind individual after meeting him to set the bar high, expect nothing less than excellence and know without hesitation that anything is possible.

A 2025 graduate completing his Master of Science in finance through the Accelerated Master's Program, Dahill made the most of his undergraduate experience. He served as Chair of the Dean's Student Advisory Board, mentored incoming students as a Business Buddy, presented on the Disability Awareness Committee and helped found the Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity on the Stevens campus, all while preparing for a career in investment management.

That career really took shape through the Stevens Student Managed Investment Fund, where Dahill joined as an Equity Analyst in Spring 2024 and was promoted to Head of Macroeconomic Strategy and Portfolio Manager in Fall 2024. In that role, he optimized sector weights for a long-only US equity fund managing a portion of the Stevens endowment and collaborated with the Senior Management Team to align portfolio goals across the organization.

He now serves as an Investment Analyst with the Police and Firemen's Retirement System under the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, a full-time position he holds while completing graduate coursework in the evenings. Outside of work and school, he serves as Treasurer of both The Manalapan High School Bravecast Foundation and Judy's League. He has been a member of the Manalapan Township Community Emergency Response Team since 2017, mentoring high school students in the Teen CERT program.
