One Stevens – A Core Value and a Strategic Goal
The Stevens Strategic plan details the core values embedded throughout all that we do and emphasizes that we are one Stevens community.
Overall, we strive to ensure that all members of our community feel welcome, are included and have opportunities to succeed. We work individually and collectively to advance our university and members of our community while engendering pride in our affiliation with Stevens.
As a global community, we are committed to recruiting a diverse population of students, staff, and faculty, while cultivating inclusive learning and working environments where people of all backgrounds can thrive. To maximize efforts to achieve these shared goals, many campus initiatives are the result of collaborations across Stevens’ units.
