Application submission for the Student Travel Awards is now closed.
Pending the availability of funds, we anticipate providing a limited number of scholarships to research students to partially offset the cost of their travel to attend the Conference.
These will comprise a travel reimbursement of up to $500 and a waiver of the registration fee.
How it works
Each awardee will be expected to present a poster and/or an oral talk the Conference.
Interested candidates are expected to provide a CV, a presentation abstract and a letter from their research advisor indicating the availability of funds to cover the balance of travel expenses.
For the 2025 Bacteria-Materials Conference, the February 28th deadline to submit your application for this travel award has now passed.
