College Town Life. Big City Access.

Stevens gives you a taste of everything, starting with our location: a scenic campus, in a vibrant town, next to a world-class metropolis. With just enough freedom for when you want to feel independent and just enough social life and guidance for when you don’t, we’ve designed a college experience for you that will only heighten your excitement for the real thing

Your Stay at Stevens

You will share a double room in one of our residence halls with a roommate, who will be specially selected for you based on your application. Our comfortable rooms have everything you need, from extra long beds to high-speed wifi — and some even offer river views. You’ll be staying only steps away from your classes and labs, on-campus dining halls and the Charles V. Schaefer, Jr. Athletic and Recreation Center. At night, our resident advisors (RAs) are always on hand to keep an eye on things and help you with anything you need.

Dining at Stevens

When it comes to mealtime, you’ll have lots of choices. Our on-campus dining locations offer a variety of ever-changing options: enjoy made-to-order tacos or the Mile High Burger at Colonel John’s, or a freshly tossed Green Zebra salad at the Red & Gray Café, or your must-have Starbucks® drink from our in-library café, America’s Cup.

Welcome to Hoboken

The Princeton Review recently ranked Hoboken as #9 on its list of America’s best college towns — for good reason! Famous for Frank Sinatra and Cake Boss, Hoboken is also home to tons of restaurants and shops, the ever-vibrant Washington Street and a scenic river park. This safe, clean and thriving community is just an easy two-block walk from campus and a fifteen-minute train, bus or ferry ride away from Manhattan.

A Campus to Call Home

From state-of-the-art facilities and leafy lawns to multiple dining options and our very own bowling alley, our campus has everything you need to feel at home while you’re here.

Memories That Will Last a Lifetime

The New York City Skyline

Seeing New York City

We want you to have an unforgettable summer both inside and outside the classroom — and exploring New York City is a big part of that. Aside from the corporate site visits you’ll go on for your program, we have a special slate of fun activities in the city planned for you. Our NYC excursions vary from summer to summer but always feature the best the city has to offer. Past summers have included a New York Harbor dinner cruise, trips to museums, sporting events, beaches, the Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis Island and of course, the Statue of Liberty.

Making New Friends

Pre-college students always say they’re surprised and delighted by all the friends they make and keep in touch with after the program. High school students come from all over the U.S. and abroad to participate in our pre-college programs and we go to great lengths to make sure everyone gets to know one another. From icebreakers on day one to social outings to group dinners and team assignments, no one gets left out.
