Therefore, attendance at seminars is required of all graduate students enrolled full-time in degree programs, and all doctoral students.

Assistantships and Fellowships

Stevens offers funding to select graduate students in the form of teaching assistantships, research assistantships and fellowships. Limited in number, these highly competitive opportunities are awarded to exceptional candidates based on merit.

Innovative Research

In our department, you'll have the opportunity to support faculty research on emerging technologies, their fabrications methods, and the infrastructures that support manufacturing and product development.

Besides department and faculty labs, you'll have access to the Laboratory for Multiscale Imaging (LMSI), which provides state-of-the-art instrumentation and expertise in morphological characterization to support and elevate research from the macroscopic to microscopic length scale. LMSI supports a vibrant research environment that promotes learning and research activities by offering training classes and seminars within an open and multiuser laboratory space.
