Whether you're just exploring Stevens or already enrolled, transfer students are welcomed into a community that values your unique journey. From mentorship programs and peer connections to 150+ student clubs and campus events, Stevens offers countless ways to get involved, build relationships, and thrive — academically, socially and professionally.
Clubs and Campus Involvement
At Stevens, transfer students are encouraged to dive into the vibrant campus life from day one. With more than 150 student-run clubs and organizations—from professional societies and cultural associations to performance groups and intramural sports—there is truly something for everyone. Getting involved is a great way to expand your network, build leadership skills and make lifelong friends.
All students can explore our student groups and activities directory to find your community.
Admitted students can attend a campus event, such as Admitted Student Weekend, to learn more about student clubs and meet student leaders.
Enrolled students can attend an upcoming event hosted by a student organization to learn more about the group and see if it is the right fit!
Transfer Student Mentorship Program
To ensure a smooth transition, Stevens offers a dedicated Transfer Student Mentorship Program. New transfer students are paired with experienced current transfer ambassadors who provide guidance, answer questions about campus life and offer academic support throughout your Stevens experience.
Connect with mentors who have walked the same path and can offer practical advice.
Participate in monthly meet-ups, social events, and academic workshops tailored for transfers.
The mentorship program is open to all incoming transfer students — sign up during orientation or by contacting the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
