Residential Program Summer Staff
Residential Counselors
Our Residential Counselors (RCs) provide careful supervision and take pride in focusing first and foremost on the well-being of our pre-college students, helping to foster a strong and supportive social atmosphere on campus. RCs will guide students during all classes, site visits and weekend trips. RCs are carefully selected Stevens students who have completed an intensive training program.
Hall Directors
Hall Directors (HDs) are specially trained staff that oversee our summer RCs and assist our students in their day-to-day functions at Pre-College. HDs assist with a vast majority of tasks, whether it be guiding our students through campus to their classes, participating in afternoon research projects, overseeing daily evening activities, or attending site visits. Hall Directors live within the residence halls on campus during the summer and will be on call overnight throughout the program to assist in any case of emergency.
Health Directors
Our Health Directors ensure that all Pre-College students stay safe, happy, and healthy. Students are welcome to visit the Health Director's office at any point if they are feeling ill during their summer program. Health Directors are highly trained and certified professionals; that live on campus to assist with any medical emergency.
