All staff will have mandatory staff training from June 23rd until July 3rd.

All staff must commit to all 4 weeks of programs + training (6 total weeks) to be considered. Programs run from June 23rd – August 1st

All staff must undergo Background Checks to be considered. An electronic form will be provided to you upon offer of summer employment.

Residential Counselors may not take courses during the program, be on co-op or have any other on campus jobs or research assignments.

Staff will oversee Stevens Summer participants and enforce regulations and policies

Create and maintain a positive living environment for Summer participants

Assist Hall Directors in planning and execution of all evening activities

Escort participants to and from class and research projects

Attend weekly site visits to local companies

Attend weekly Hudson dinner cruises

$16 per hour paid for Residential Counselor duties

Housing on campus.

A breakfast and lunch meal plan

Meals will be provided when students are on campus during the weekends

$120 duck bills a week
