Mark Luis Villamar
CEO, PEGASUS PARTNERS LLC
Mark Luis Villamar has worked in Hoboken real estate continuously since 1978, and is the CEO and a founding partner of Pegasus Partners LLC. Having its offices in Hoboken, Pegasus has been the developer of mixed use residential, retail and commercial projects in Hudson County, New Jersey.
Prior to forming Pegasus, Mr. Villamar was chief financial officer of the US subsidiary of Seco Tools AB, a Swedish carbide cutting tool company. He also served as CFO for Banking Spectrum, a New York City based bank consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Villamar was a Manager in the audit department of the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co.
Mr. Villamar is a Certified Public Accountant, has a BS from Fordham University, and a MBA from Columbia University. He is a Vietnam Veteran and the Finance Officer of the American Legion Hoboken Post 107. Mr. Villamar is also an avid opera fan and is the Treasurer of both the Wagner Society of New York and Glimmerglass Festival.
