The Office of Undergraduate Academics will hold virtual office hours via Zoom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12-2 p.m.

2023-2024 Academic Calendar

Friday, September 15 is the add/drop deadline. This is last day to make any changes to a student schedule for fall 2023.

Monday, October 30-Friday, November 3 is Advising week

Monday, November 7: Spring registration opens for Seniors

Wednesday, November 9: Spring registration opens for Juniors

Tuesday, November 14: Spring registration opens for Sophomores and First-Years

Thursday, December 7 is the last day to withdraw from a summer session I course. All withdrawals must be submitted through Workday. For instructions on how to withdraw from a course through Workday, review the information here.

Friday, December 15-Friday, December 22: Fall 2023 Final Exam period

Academic Support Center

The Academic Support Center will be offering services both virtually and in person for the semester. Detailed information on all services can be found on the ASC webpage.

  • Individual Tutoring: Individual tutoring begins during the first week of the Summer Sessions. Students in need of tutoring can submit a request here.

  • Drop-In Center Tutoring: The Drop-In Tutoring center is located on the first floor of the Samuel C. Williams Library in Sam's Place. Students can drop into tutoring sessions to get support from a tutor on course material. The drop-in tutoring schedule can be found here, on the ASC intranet page.

  • Review Sessions: Fall and Spring semesters only. Review sessions will be available for select D110 courses. Review sessions are conducted by qualified tutors and intended to provide students with additional insight into material previously presented in class. 

  • Academic Support Workshops: Fall and Spring semesters only. Workshops are hosted throughout each semester. Recorded content is available online and can be accessed at a student’s convenience. Check the workshop schedule for details.
