Audrey Yoo has never waited for someone else to create the space she needed. When the consulting industry felt inaccessible to students, she helped build an organization from scratch. When women in business needed a stage, she helped organize a gala. When a campus publication needed a new look, she redesigned it. When she sees a gap, she works to fill it.

A business and technology major with a 3.94 GPA, Yoo co-founded the Stevens Consulting Group in May 2024 and now serves as its president for the 2025-2026 academic year. The organization she helped create connects students with industry professionals and alumni while running the Stevens Consulting Analyst Program, which places student teams on real projects with local Hoboken businesses. Her leadership has been focused on ensuring that students are not just preparing for careers in consulting but actively building the skills and relationships that will carry them there.

Her commitment to women in business runs equally deep. A founding contributor to the Annual Women's Gala at Steven – organized in collaboration with Stevens Women in Business (SWIB), the Women in Computer Science club and the Society of Women Engineers – she has helped create one of the campus's most visible platforms for celebrating and empowering women in professional fields. She has served on the SWIB executive board for two consecutive years as secretary.

Yoo also serves as a peer consultant at the Stevens Writing and Communications Center, assisting students with everything from HASS essays to theses. She spent the 2024-2025 school year mentoring Stevens business students through the nonprofit Encouraging Women Across All Borders. Across every role she has taken on, her focus has remained the same: making sure the people around her have what they need to succeed.
