Stevens Hub

The Division of Information Technology has been working on a project to redesign the myStevens intranet and create a new channel to serve internal-facing content for the Stevens community. Stevens Hub has replaced the legacy myStevens intranet. It is built on the Microsoft SharePoint platform and will be integrated with many of the tools and technology already being used across campus today. Part of the redesign effort included looking beyond the traditional intranet and working to help improve the systems and software used for collaboration and communication across the Stevens community.

Migrating Content from Legacy myStevens to Stevens Hub 

Starting on June 6, 2023, content owners will be able to move and update their content from the legacy myStevens to a new Stevens Hub site. All content needed to be migrated from the legacy myStevens Intranet by November 29, 2023, as the platform will be decommissioned. The project team contacted content owners directly with more information regarding the migration.

From myStevens (Okta Portal) users can click on the Stevens Hub chiclet.

How do I request a site within Stevens Hub?

To request a space on Stevens Hub, please submit a request form to the OneIT team. Once you have completed your migration, please request that we associate your site with the Stevens Hub so that users can find the most up to date content.
