The Residential Towers will be available for student occupancy in fall 2022.
In order to ensure that students’ transition from high school to college life is smooth and well-supported, Stevens plans to prioritize first-year students for on-campus housing. Therefore, first-year students entering in Fall 2021 and Fall 2022 will be assigned to currently available on-campus housing, space permitting. When the Residential Towers open in Fall 2022, sophomores who resided in on-campus housing the previous year and wish to continue to live on campus (students entering in Fall 2021) will have priority options for the Residential Towers. Additional on-campus housing assignments will be prioritized in the following order and according to available housing inventory: juniors followed by seniors. Depending on demand, Stevens may continue to provide housing options in off-campus leased housing.
Stevens will make every effort to follow these priorities, however, these plans may be changed at the University’s discretion.
