Finalizing Your Admissions Application

Conditional Coursework

If you were granted conditional admission to Stevens, you must successfully complete additional coursework before the August 1 deadline. As indicated in the admissions letter, there are several ways in which you may satisfy this requirement:

Take a summer high school course.
Complete an independent, in-person or virtual/online tutorial with a high school teacher or tutor.
Complete an online high school course.
Complete an in-person or virtual/online college level course.

If you are currently enrolled in the course and complete it with a C or better, this condition will be waived once we receive your final high school transcript. Should your course extend beyond the August 1 deadline, you may request an extension by contacting Colleen Lavelle ([email protected]), assistant director of recruitment. Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Please log on to your student portal and complete the Conditional Coursework Form detailing your plans to complete the additional coursework by June 1.

Verified Test Scores

Those who have not submitted official standardized test scores are required to do so before June 15. If you have not already done so, please submit your test scores officially through the testing agency. You can use the following institutional codes when submitting your standardized test scores: SAT – 2819 and ACT - 2610.
