ABSTRACT
Join Pranay Khurana (Stevens '04) from HRT's Trading Tech team as he introduces Algorithmic Trading at HRT. The talk will give an inside look into Hudson River Trading (HRT) and the world of automated trading. Case studies explored in the talk will provide real-world examples of the technical hurdles in automated trading faced by our Quantitative Researchers and Software Engineers. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about HRT's unique culture, which embraces a culture of togetherness that extends far beyond the walls of our global offices.
BIOGRAPHY
Pranay Khurana currently serves as the Trade Ops Analyst Lead at Hudson River Trading. Trading Operations is a global team at the intersection of finance, software engineering, and risk management, responsible for monitoring HRT's live trading. Pranay graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with dual degrees in Computer Engineering and English Literature.
