About AiBC Community
Our vision is to transform science students’ learning experience for authentic human skills in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). Our aims are to:
Guide students to develop self-efficacy around scientific careers and identity.
Cultivate students to develop AI-augmented authentic human skills that are critical and durable in scientific careers.
Cross-Sector Partnership
The AiBC community is being established in collaboration among Hudson County Community College (HCCC), Saint Peter’s University (St. Peter’s), and Stevens Institute of Technology (Stevens). This community is supported with a Capacity-Building phase grant from the National Science Foundation’s IUSE:EDU program. We connect science students and educators with local biotech and edtech business sectors.
Workshop Goals
Inform workshop participants about inaugural community projects
Plan together, as a community, sustainable and scalable experiential learning activities.
