How to Log-In

Students access their account activity and statement of account on Workday Student. Students can make online payments, enroll in a payment plan, and add an Authorized Party from the Workday Student Finances application.

An Authorized Party can access their account, after the initial account set up, through the Authorized Party Portal. The Authorized Party must first access and set up their account from the invitation email sent when the student grants access. 

How to Set Up Authorized Party

Students may set up an Authorized Party to allow their parents, spouse, guardians, or other third parties to view their student account activity, make payments, and set up payment plans on their behalf.  To set up an authorized party, the student should follow the instructions below or on the attached visual guide:

  1. Log into Workday Student through your myStevens account

  2. Select Finances application

  3. Under Important Information, select Add an Authorized Party

  4. Follow the prompts to create your account for the first time

  5. Select Add an Authorized Party

  6. Complete the access preference and contact information for the Authorized User

  7. The Authorized Party will receive an e-mail invitation prompting them to create an account
