Stevens is closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic to provide the best options to get to know us. Currently, we are hosting on-campus visitors in a limited capacity for outdoor tours of our campus. More information on visiting can be found below. We are not able to provide in-person admissions presentations or individual meetings and interviews at this time. We are hosting virtual information sessions led by a Stevens Admissions Counselor and offering virtual interviews for current high school seniors applying for Fall 2021 admission. We encourage you to take advantage of these virtual opportunities. Please register for a session or interview through the campus visit portal.

Our admissions team is available to answer your calls and emails during this time and we encourage you to contact your admissions counselor directly.  Please visit the Meet Our Staff page to obtain direct contact information.  We thank you for your understanding during this time and ask that you continue to check the Stevens website for updates.

Register for a Campus Visit

Campus Visit

All guests must register for an in-person campus tour at least 24 hours in advance of arriving on campus (or by 4pm the Friday before a Monday event). Due to social distancing guidelines, visiting parties are limited to two individuals: the prospective student and one guest. Due to limited capacity, prospective students must be high school seniors (Class of 2021) interested in applying to Stevens for Fall 2021 or transfers interested in applying for Spring or Fall 2021.  We hope to be able to increase our capacity in the future and allow more visitors. Campus Visits are posted to the calendar through November 6 and additional dates will be added when they become available.

We cannot accommodate walk-in visitors or anyone who is not registered in advance. We are not able to welcome visitors from states experiencing high infection rates; please review the current list of states that fall into this category by visiting the New Jersey Covid-19 Information Hub. If you are from a state that is on this list or will have visited one within 14 days of the date you wish to visit campus, please do not register or come to campus. You may contact us so that we can make other recommendations for getting to know Stevens. Please note that as states are added and removed from this list it may become necessary to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should your state be added to the high infection rate list prior to your visit, we will contact you.

Tour groups are limited to ten people and tours will be conducted entirely outdoors. Visitors will not be able to access any campus buildings beyond the Ruesterholz Admissions Center. Please come prepared for the weather.
