Stevens Connects is the university’s resource for community relations and civic engagement.

Through this initiative, Stevens:

• Builds and maintains relationships with community leaders and neighbors

• Supports efforts among students, faculty, and staff to create and sustain civic engagement initiatives

• Centralizes and circulates information on Stevens’ civic engagement initiatives

• Connects Stevens community members with opportunities for service and volunteerism in Hoboken

• Links Stevens’ programs, resources, and expertise with opportunities to enrich community life

• Collaborates with community leaders and organizations to identify potential university partnerships

• Encourages neighbors’ participation in university programming through Stevens’ community events
