To earn your inclusive leadership certificate, you need to complete a project that challenges you to apply inclusive leadership principles and skills.

Examples of this project may include:

  • A course assignment

  • Part of a design project

  • Connection to an affiliated organization - student clubs, athletic teams, community/civic groups, churches, etc.

  • Facilitating inclusive leadership learning sessions for others on or off campus

  • Creating related learning tools and resources

With so many opportunities to choose from, this workshop will provide you with an overview of the requirements and help identify a project that algins with your interests and schedule. You will also have the chance to connect with peers to identify project collaborations.

Inclusive Leadership Certificate Program co-directors Pete Dominick and Wei Zheng will facilitate the workshop.
